Order Status
An item is missing from my order.
  If you received your order and are missing an item, please contact customer service at [email protected] with photo of packing slip and order number.
How do I modify an order?
  Once an order is placed, we are unable to change product quantities. If you would like to add/take away products, a new order must be submitted. Orders can be cancelled within the website within 24 hours of placing. Please click on “Cancel Orders” under "Account". Following 24 hours or for any other issues, please contact customer service at: [email protected]
How do I track my order/check shipping status?
  At the bottom of our site, click the "Order Status" link under Account to check your order status. If you encounter any issues, please contact customer service at: [email protected]
What do I do if my order never arrived?
  Click the "Order Status" link under “Account” at the bottom of our site to track your order status. Be sure that your order has shipped already. A tracking number will be displayed if your order has been successfully shipped. If your packages show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at: [email protected]
