When will my order ship?
For Standard Shipping: Orders may take up to 10 business days to process. Once your order is fully processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. FedEx standard delivery is 10-15 business days. Keep checking the tracking number for the latest updates on your order. If you have not received your package within 21 business days of ship date, please contact customer service at customerservice@monsterjamsuperstore.com.

For Express Shipping: Orders placed Monday through Friday, before noon will process the same business day. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or after noon will fully process the next business day. FedEx Express shipping is 2-3 business days. Keep checking the tracking number for the latest updates on your order.
